Shinjuku Xmas 05 with the big light in the sky turned off...
Xmas in the West is brash, noisey, tacky, and something I generally try to avoid. Xmas in Shinjuku is understated, beautiful, romantic, and something I'm glad I'm experiencing.
Just had dinner with 'the Chans' - Aya, Chi, and Ikue. Was sugoi :)
I haven't slept for 32 hours... time for bed.

Well the explosion woke me up at 6:00am in the morning, and I live 40+ miles away from it!
It's about 10-15 miles from where I live. Drove right past there on Friday on the way to Heathrow... Jeeezzzzz... WHAT A YEAR IT HAS BEEN FOR CRAP LIKE THIS!!!
