MAB Skills...

Haven’t blogged in a while. No I’m not dead Barneby :) But thanks for the concern.

I just wanted to turn you guys onto this.

So Amazon.co.jp has always been a place where I’ve wanted to shop – but felt a little excluded. It’s a tough cookie to search if you’re Nihongo ga jouzu ja arimasen.

BUT - I have some good news on how to effectively negotiate the mecca of .co.jp’s (and it doesn’t involve finding a friendly nihon-jin).

Ok first of all – I hope you are all using Mozilla Firefox as your browser... you’re not? BAD BANANA – go here and get it.

Now – download this:

This is MAB, and it’s a really easy way to browse Amazon’s catalogue.

Okay installed – good. Now open up Firefox and under tools you’ll find MAB.

Now all you need to do is set it to .co.jp, choose say pop music, type plus tech – and you’ll find, like me, that they have a new album out!!!!!!!!

Now – click on add to cart. Amazon.co.jp will now pop up and to help you even more... they have a display in English option!!!
