I’m so clever...

Okay – so I’m not really, but inspired by the amazing sushi lunch my friend Kae prepared on Sunday I decided it was time to MAKE MY OWN SUSHI.

I mean – we’re talking basics here, and I used one of those ‘I feel like sushi tonight’ kits with the rice, the mat, the ginger etc. But hey – you still have to ‘make’ it.

So it was just sushi nori, but hell – I did it. And it wasn’t half bad for a first attempt.

Made too much though, so sushi for dinner as well tonight :)

P.S. What the hell is with all this new Blogger.com formatting crap... I seem to have 15 million different font things going on now... grrrrrrrr.
