House Keeping...

You know these PVR things make you real lazy. It’s only until you get down to about 5% free and can’t record another thing that you have to do something about it. I now have to archive off about seven hours of ‘Raising Dad’. I got the show on series link and it’s on every day so it soon fills up.

For the curious, I use a dual PVR set-up – a SKY+ box (like a Tivo but with built in dual satellite tuner) and ‘Showshifter’ on the living room PC. I tend to record everything on the Sky+ then anything I want to keep I copy over to the PC through Showshifter (this is all very interesting I’m sure).

Thing is after that – I’ve got about another six hours of movies and stuff like the new ‘Louis Theroux’ show to archive off. JOY!

So my rabbit is still in the animal hospital. They kept him in over night on a drip. I’m beginning to feel a bit guilty – like I’m putting my rabbit through all this when even the vet is telling me that he feels like he has been through enough. He does say that he wants me to prove him wrong.

I just want to give him one last chance. If he doesn’t pick up then I’ll have to go through with the inevitable. I’m picking him up at 2:30. I missed having him in the house last night.
